In times of stress and uncertainty there's not much we can control:  the world, people around us, the economy... hard as we try we can't change what happens around us. The only thing we can control at all times is how we use our mind, our breath... how we use our focus. 


Let's explore  different and fun ways to Quarantrain our minds together! We can learn to consciously use our focus and our breath as powerful tools to make our lives better. Just a few minutes of everyday practice will make a significant difference in how we feel and how we see the world.

I know most of us are bored and trapped inside... not much to do... So give yourself a chance. Try this for a few days and test whether it improves your life or now.
